EQ Band

The EQ Band effect adds more filtering options than the Filter effect.

Parameters​

Cutoff​

The frequency the selected filter shape is centered on.

Resonance​

Increases the volume at the cutoff frequency.

Type​

In addition to Low Pass, High Pass, and Band Pass, this effect also offers:

  • Notch — removes only a small segment around the cutoff frequency.
  • High shelf and Low shelf — not as extreme as HP/LP; these reduce frequencies below or above the cutoff.
  • Peak — boosts a small segment around the cutoff while filtering everything else.
